The changes made are listed on a separate file called Patch changes.txt. I've tested it on version 1.07, but it should work on 1.05 (unpatched Komplete Edition).
In case you run into any problems following the installation, you might want to try deleting your MKKE install data from your PS3, and then starting the game again.
Overwrite all files, and that's it! Yeah, not very hard. Simply extract the USRDIR folder into your PS3_GAME folder of your Komplete Edition. My recommendation? Stick to the Komplete Edition. The mod is intended to be used on the Komplete Edition of MK9 (doesn't matter if it's the USA/BLUS or European/BLES version) so, no official support is given for non KE users (sorry guys!) and I do not own the PSN version, so I have no clue whether or not will it work to a 100%.
